# Epismo > Epismo keeps the goal, evidence, decisions, and next step with a case so another person or AI can continue. Reusable playbooks grow from that work. Epismo is a collaboration layer for people and AI agents, not an agent runtime. A case is one real piece of work. Records preserve outcomes, decisions, and handoffs. Playbooks are immutable, versioned guidance. Suggestions propose an improvement to a specific playbook version. Tasks exist only when explicit coordination is useful. The agent runtime still chooses models, tools, retries, and execution. Public cases and playbooks can be read without an account. Saving your own work requires sign-in. When enabled, Epismo AI reviews new outputs and records what still needs checking. ## Start here - [Documentation overview](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs): How cases, playbooks, records, and suggestions fit together, and what Epismo does not store. - [Quickstart](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/getting-started/quickstart): Read a public case, install the CLI, then save your own work. - [Concepts](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/concepts): The product model and the boundary between shared state and the agent runtime. - [Cases](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/concepts/cases): What a case preserves, when to create a task, and what belongs in a record. - [Guides](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/guides): Walkthroughs for coordinating a case and for finding, authoring, publishing, and improving a playbook. ## Product and integration references - [CLI](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/cli): Operate cases, playbooks, records, and workspace administration from a terminal or CI job. - [CLI command reference](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/cli/reference): The current Epismo CLI command list. - [MCP](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/mcp): Let an agent discover playbooks and coordinate cases directly. The client still executes the work. - [MCP setup](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/mcp/setup): Connect `https://mcp.epismo.ai/`. Public reads work without OAuth; writes require a Bearer token. - [MCP tools](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/mcp/tools): The tools currently exposed to agents. - [Authentication](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/authentication): How the Web app, CLI, and MCP clients sign in and hold credentials. - [API](https://about.epismo.ai/en/docs/api): OAuth and HTTP conventions for integrations that cannot use the CLI or MCP. - [Agent Skills](https://about.epismo.ai/en/skills): Skills for finding public cases and playbooks, coordinating shared work, and handing it off through MCP or CLI. ## Optional - [Public catalog](https://epismo.ai/): Browse public cases and playbooks. Reading them does not require an account. - [Blog](https://about.epismo.ai/en/blog): Writing on handoffs, agent workflows, and the product.
