User Guide

We’ll introduce the key features of Epismo that support task management, information sharing, and team collaboration. This guide focuses on the basic usage to help first-time users get started with ease.

Tasks

Organize tasks in a tree structure to work through them methodically.

Tasks can be managed in a hierarchical parent-child structure. For example, you can set multiple sub-tasks under a major goal and break it down into manageable steps. Each task can also be assigned to specific individuals and given a deadline, enabling smooth progress tracking. All tasks assigned to you are listed in one place, helping prevent anything from being overlooked.

Notes

Quickly jot down meeting minutes and ideas, and consolidate action items.

You can freely write down meeting notes, ideas, or spontaneous thoughts in the Notes section. From these notes, you can directly create tasks as needed, eliminating the gap between note-taking and execution. You can also quickly check from the task list whether the actions associated with a note have been completed.

Chat

Have conversations with AI to organize information and get work-related advice.

The AI chat feature allows you to search and retrieve information instantly based on tasks and notes saved in Epismo. For instance, if you ask “What are my tasks for this week?”, the AI will organize your schedule for you—making it a reliable assistant when you’re busy.

Knowledge Timeline

Get a bird’s-eye view of team activity in chronological order.

All activities within Epismo—such as task completions and new notes—are displayed in a timeline format. Like a news feed, it allows you to see at a glance what’s happening across the team. This feature is also helpful for tracking progress and preparing for regular meetings.

Reports

Visualize team and individual contributions at a glance.

Graphs display the volume of task completions and shared notes per member. This makes it easy to see “who is contributing what” to a project, offering valuable insights for team management and performance evaluations.

Workspace

The fundamental unit for team-based management and billing.

A workspace serves as the central hub for managing team-wide activities. Members can be added by invitation and participate across multiple projects. Billing is handled at the workspace level, keeping administration straightforward.

Projects

Organize tasks and notes by project, with cross-project visibility.

Within a workspace, you can launch multiple projects. Each project can have its own members, tasks, and notes, enabling clearly divided workflows. You can also view tasks spanning multiple projects in a single list, making it easy to grasp the overall picture.
