Billing Structure

This is a monthly subscription service charged on a per-user basis.

Pricing

The monthly fee will be charged based on the displayed price. Charges will recur on a monthly basis starting from the date of subscription. If the service starts or ends mid-month, the fee will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Payment Method and Timing

Payment can be made by credit card only. The initial charge will be processed immediately upon placing the order, and subsequent charges will be automatically processed on the same day of each month.

Service Provisioning

The service will be made available once the order and payment have been confirmed. If the monthly payment fails, the service will be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from the settings page. A prorated adjustment will be made based on the remaining period until the cancellation date, and the difference will be settled accordingly. If the adjustment results in a negative balance, the amount will be carried over and deducted from future invoices.

Information about the service provider will be promptly disclosed upon request.
