Epismo Pte. Ltd. ("Epismo", "we", "us", or "our") provides a cloud-based AI project management platform called Epismo (the "Services"). 2. How We Use Your Information

With other users in your workspace: Your Service Data, such as tasks and comments, is shared with other users in your workspace or organization as necessary to provide the Services.

We ensure these providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, we will notify the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and the affected individuals in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Access to Personal Data: You have the right to request access to your personal data that is in our possession or control and to be provided with information about how we have used or disclosed your personal data within the last year.

Epismo is a company registered in Singapore. Your information may be processed and stored in Singapore and other countries where our service providers are located. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
