Subscription and billing
Manage a workspace subscription and review its billing history.
The workspace billing page shows the current monthly price and a paginated transaction history. Transactions distinguish subscription payments from additional credit purchases.

The workspace subscription is managed by the workspace Owner. Admins and Members can view the current subscription status, but not the monthly price, billing history, or subscription controls.
Cancelling a subscription
Only the workspace Owner can cancel a subscription. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period rather than taking effect immediately. Until the scheduled deactivation time shown in Workspace administration, the subscription and normal workspace access remain active.
When that time is reached, the subscription ends and the workspace becomes deactivated. The workspace is not deleted, but normal workspace access is blocked. The Owner can reactivate it by starting a new subscription checkout; after the new subscription is active, the workspace is restored.
If a cancellation was requested by mistake, use the provider-hosted billing portal to manage the pending cancellation when that option is available.
Subscription status
An active subscription allows normal workspace operations. If payment becomes inactive, or subscription setup is incomplete, Epismo displays the status on the billing page. Workspace product pages redirect to billing until the subscription becomes active again. Settings, billing, and personal space remain available.
The billing history loads 20 transactions at a time and includes the date, transaction type, quantity, and amount. Additional pages can be loaded from the same screen.
Subscription credits
An active workspace subscription includes a monthly credit allowance shared by all members. Additional credits are purchased separately and appear both in billing history and in the workspace credit balance. See Credit management for balance and purchase behavior.
