Decide when to use the Web app, CLI, or MCP.

All surfaces operate on the same Playbooks, Cases, Tasks, Records, and Suggestions. Publish through a reviewable CLI or Web flow; let agents discover Playbooks and coordinate Cases through MCP. Use a workspace-scoped token when automation must have an unambiguous context.
